Chris brings an extensive background in energy and engineering. Before leading EcoSmart as CEO, he served as the company's CTO, and prior to that stood up RENU Communities, building the process and team to deliver decarbonization retrofits. He spent more than 15 years at Southern Company in roles spanning research and development, sales, and new business development.

Chris holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Georgia, and Alabama, a licensed mechanical contractor, a Certified Energy Manager, and an ASHRAE Fellow.

Adi is a seasoned C-level executive with more than 35 years of experience leading technology organizations across startup and mature companies. She has built a career expanding multinational companies into global markets, creating infrastructures that enable growth and scale, and translating vision into execution. Her expertise spans operational discipline, identifying the gaps that prevent companies from scaling, and implementing AI in organizations to drive operational efficiency.

Adi holds a PhD in Business and Organizational Leadership and an Executive MBA from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, also from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Lucas brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate and clean energy development finance. He is focused on helping EcoSmart clients structure the strongest capital solutions for their projects, drawing on a career built at the intersection of real estate, energy, and finance.

Lucas earned a BSBA from the University of Richmond with majors in Environmental Studies and Business, and an MBA in Finance from ESADE in Barcelona. He holds a California Builders License in both General Contracting and Solar, and is certified in LIHTC Property Compliance through Novogradac.

Julia brings 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and renewable energy. Previously, she served as an analyst at Taurus Investment Holdings. At EcoSmart, she focuses on operations and financial strategy for projects, including revenue forecasting, project pricing, and contract and vendor management. She also works across construction, accounting, and technology to build scalable operational systems.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University.

Andrew brings 15 years of accounting experience, including eight years of project accounting and ten years of asset management. His expertise spans fixed assets, cost accounting, and financial project management. He has been with EcoSmart since 2020.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Allison brings 10 years of HVAC and plumbing design experience, including four years focused on the decarbonization of existing buildings. Previously a mechanical engineer at AECOM and Pond & Company, she serves as EcoSmart's primary technical advisor, responsible for establishing engineering strategy and overseeing engineering operations.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a Registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, a Certified Energy Manager, a Green Globes Professional, and a member of ASHRAE.
